ABOUT ME
“DJ Roxwell was born and raised in Oakland, California. He always had a passion for music and learned to play instruments early on including the organ, piano, guitar, bass, synthesizers and drums. For 3 years Roxwell worked on campus radio at KSUH Radio. He earned a B.A. degree in Mass Communications from Cal State University, Hayward. In the fall of 1997 after working for the U.S. Postal Service for 6 years, he started working for an arts college in San Francisco and came across an ad for a disc jockey at a nearby nightclub and the rest is history. To date, he has provided services for birthdays, schools, charities, non-profit organizations and over 140 weddings & anniversaries. Itʼs been 20+ years and Roxwell is still going hard in the paint!”
